The meeting runs from 6-9 p.m. and is part of a first step toward developing a long-term bison conservation and management plan for the state. The bison management plan will be developed through a 3-year environmental analysis which will address issues associated with bison and options for their long-term management as a Montana wildlife species.
The Arlee Community Development Corporation will hold its May meeting on Tuesday, May 15th at 6:00pm in the Arlee High School Business Lab. The meeting is open to the public and we welcome your attendance.
The Arlee District School Board is holding a budget meeting Wednesday, May 16th at 6:30pm in the High School Library and would like parents, staff and community stakeholders to attend to give their input and help make decisions on the school budget.

We are grateful to SKC HeartLines Project for funding this special project, and as always to the O.P. and W.E. Edwards Foundation for their ongoing support of our Arlee CDC After School Art Program.

The Arlee CDC invites you to join us for an OPEN HOUSE ART PROGRAM STUDENT ART SHOW at the Hangin’ Art Gallery May 9th 4:00 – 6:00 PM
Ron Snyder and Roger Christopher are having a town weed pulling party tomorrow, Saturday, April 28th and would like to invite you to come join the fun. Meet at the Hangin Art Gallery between 9:30 and 10:00 and help pull up those weeds while the ground is nice and wet. Bring a pair of gloves.
Arlee resident and Killdeer Artisan's Guild member Janet McGahan has a show at the Dana Gallery of 24 new watercolors and oil paintings as well as some older work . Her work will be on display through April so, if you have a chance go take a look. The Dana Gallery is located at 246 N. Higgins Ave. (corner of Higgins and Broadway) in Missoula.
The Evaro Community Council needs a member living in the Arlee school district to be on their board. If you are interested please fill out the attached application and mail it into the address listed on the application.

A part of the process involves county residents completing a survey which addresses what parks and trails facilities they use and what they would like to see developed. Please take a moment to fill out the survey. To learn more about a project that develops and implements strategies that prevents risk factors for diabetes in children in the Arlee community by getting them to be more physically active.
WE NEED YOUR HELP AND INPUT for this project to be successful.
If you are interested in PREVENTING DIABETES IN CHILDREN in the Arlee community this is an important meeting to attend! We will have food and beverages at the meeting.
